Toyohashi City, boasting one of the highest agricultural production values in Japan, is blessed with a mild climate and thrives as a major horticultural region producing open-field vegetables, fruit trees, and a wide variety of agricultural crops.
On the day of the marche, we will offer the Aichi strawberry variety “Aikirari®,” a wide selection of Toyohashi-brand mini tomatoes, and processed quail egg products that hold a top-class share nationwide. We look forward to welcoming you.

Strawberry “Aikirari®”

A new strawberry brand born in Aichi Prefecture.
As its name suggests, this strawberry shines with a glossy surface and deep red color, exuding a luxurious appearance.
The berries are large, with a rich sweetness and a very satisfying bite.
The sugar content remains consistently high throughout the harvest season (December to May), allowing you to enjoy its delicious taste at any time.

Mini Tomato “Amaegimi® Clea”

JA Toyohashi–branded mini tomatoes. Only those with a sugar content of 7 or higher are certified as “Amaegimi®.”
Sugar levels are measured for every shipment, ensuring consistent sweetness across all varieties.
At the marche, we offer the plum-shaped, stemless Clea series.

Soft on the palate, richly sweet, yet with a refreshing finish.
[Clea Red]
A well-balanced richness of sweetness and acidity with a satisfying taste.

It features a light, fruity sweetness with thick flesh and a firm texture.

Eastern Mikawa in Aichi Prefecture holds the top national share in quail production, with most quail raised in Toyohashi City.
“Smoked Quail Eggs Takumi” and “Spicy Soy Sauce Quail Eggs” are seasoned using original recipes created by quail farmers.

A branded sweet potato (Beni Haruka) grown using soil mixed with quail egg shells from Toyohashi, one of Japan’s top quail egg producers.
A sweet potato with a rich, creamy texture that releases sweetness with every bite.
Processed products made from Uzuraimo, such as Uzuraimo chips and sweet potato desserts, are also very popular.
The official character “Uzumo” has gained popularity for its cuteness, with related merchandise also available and a growing fan base.
