“Tochiaika” was named with the hope of becoming a Tochigi fruit loved across Japan.
The berries are plump and round, juicy with a firm texture. When cut vertically, they form a heart shape due to the deep calyx indentation. They have a strong aroma, refreshing taste, low acidity, and pronounced sweetness.

Strawberry “Skyberry”

1 pack ¥800

“Skyberry” features a beautiful conical shape with an elegant glossy shine. The berries are very large, low in acidity, juicy, and refined in flavor. They are sold at department stores and specialty fruit shops in Tokyo and Tochigi. Perfect as a treat for yourself or as a gift for someone special.

Sanomaru Green Onion

1 bag (3 stalks) ¥220

Sanomaru green onions grow in the fertile soil of Sano City, nourished by rich natural resources carried from Mount Himuro through the Akiyama and Hata rivers, and are harvested throughout the year.
It is widely used as a garnish for Sano City’s local specialty ramen, “Sano Ramen.”

Tomato

1 pack (220g) ¥300

These are high-sugar fruit tomatoes grown using water selected as one of Japan’s “Top 100 Exquisite Waters,” maximizing the characteristics of the variety through years of experience.
Recognized for their quality, they are supplied to five restaurants in Tokyo.

Mini Tomato

Mini tomatoes grown using water selected among Japan’s “Top 100 Exquisite Waters” and cultivated in carefully managed greenhouse conditions.
These mini tomatoes offer a wide range of flavors, from sweet to pleasantly tangy and rich.
We will offer 14 varieties of colorful mini tomatoes that are fun to look at and delicious to eat.

Kakina Greens

1 bag ¥150

A traditional vegetable grown mainly in Sano City. Exposure to harsh winter cold and frost enhances its sweetness, earning it the nickname “the vegetable that brings spring.”
The name “Kakina” comes from the practice of plucking and eating the flower buds that grow in spring. It appears in the ancient poetry collection Manyoshu as “Sano no Kukitate,” indicating it has been eaten locally for over 1,200 years.
When boiled, it turns a vibrant green and has a tender texture with a mild, sweet flavor.
It pairs well with many ingredients and can be enjoyed in a wide variety of dishes.
