Yamagata Prefecture is one of Japan’s leading cherry-producing regions, accounting for more than 70% of the national market.
Visitors can enjoy a wide selection of seasonal fruit, vegetables and processed products, including the new Yamagata Benio cherry variety, officially launched in 2023; okahijiki, a traditional Yamagata vegetable; and Yamagata Representative Juice, made with 100% Yamagata-grown fruit juice.

Yamagata Benio Cherries
1 pack: ¥1,500 including tax
A new variety proudly developed in Yamagata and officially launched in 2023. Its large cherries have a brilliant, vivid red shine that resembles a beautiful jewel. They are as sweet as the premium Sato Nishiki variety, with low acidity and an elegant sweetness.

Benishūhō Cherries
1 pack: ¥1,200 including tax
An original Yamagata variety and the prefecture’s second-leading cherry after Sato Nishiki.
It has a strong sweetness, low acidity and abundant juice. Its firm flesh gives it a pleasantly crisp texture.

Okahijiki Greens
1 pack: ¥200 including tax
One of Yamagata’s traditional vegetables. It has a tender, crisp texture and turns a vivid green when boiled. In Yamagata, it is often served lightly seasoned in dashi and is also recommended for tempura or dressed salads.

Edible Chrysanthemums
1 pack: ¥350 including tax
One of Yamagata’s traditional vegetables, with production levels among the highest in Japan. It has a crisp texture with a delicate aroma, mild sweetness and pleasantly bitter finish. Enjoy it lightly seasoned, dressed with vinegar or prepared as tempura.

Tsuyahime No-Wash Rice (300 g)
300 g: ¥600 including tax
This rice has an exceptional shine when cooked and a beautifully white appearance. Compared with Koshihikari rice, it has a stronger sweetness and richer umami, with an excellent balance of stickiness and softness.

Fruit Craft Soda
1 bottle: ¥120 including tax
A fruit craft soda created by carefully determining the ideal juice blend for the flavor and characteristics of each fruit.
Eight flavors will be available: cherry, La France pear, grape, apple, watermelon, peach, melon and persimmon. Most of the fruit is pressed at the company’s own factory, using the expertise of skilled juice makers to preserve the full flavor of fruit at its seasonal best.

Yamagata Representative Juice
1 bottle: ¥180 (including tax)
A 100% straight fruit juice created with the pride of Japan’s “Fruit Kingdom.” To ensure that everyone can enjoy it with confidence, the juice is produced according to three strict principles: ① only fruit grown in Yamagata Prefecture is used; ② no additives are used; and ③ every stage of production is completed at the company’s own factory.
